The Roxbury Scholarship Foundation (RSF) is a tax-exempt organization established in 1971 to serve the citizens of Roxbury by providing financial assistance to selected post-high school scholars in pursuit of their educational goals.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of need, character and academic achievement, with need being the primary consideration.
